Odd issue I have ran into that I am hoping I can get some clarity on. I have dug through the forums and logs and can't find much.

Any time I try to call *60 (Disable DND), *61 (Enable DND), *62 (Log into queues), or *63 (Log out of queues) I am getting the message "Voicemail Box disabled for this extension". Looking at the logs it appears to be routing the the 999 voicemail. If I dial 999 though it goes to my mailbox fine. I can't seem to figure out what in the system is telling the call to route to a voicemail instead of doing the task at hand.

Thoughts?

Adding to this...
  • 3CX Version, 15.5
  • Server OS, Windows Server 2016
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted onsite.
  • IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware Polycom/Yealink mix
  • Provisioning Method: Local / VPN / STUN / SBC Local
  • Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model SIP
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES / NO
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: YES / NO --- On some... but not consistent with what is occurring.

Your setting 'Connect to Voicemail' is set to *

Should be *4

Yes! That did it, thank you! I never set those so I assumed they were all defaults. Apparently someone did. Thank you again.
