Dial plan?

Hi,

We uses 3cx client to dial from a webbased sell system, the problem is that we have to dial 0 before to acess outside line.
Is it posible to insert somehow that it always dials a 0 (zero) before the nr in the webbased sell system?

You are using the 3CX softphone? If so, I know of no way to prepend digits automatically to a dialled number. Some ATA's can be set to do something like that using the internal dialplans.

if you have set your "web based sell system" to dial using the HTTP api you have to set the String to add a leading 0 before the dialing number.
