Dial-Through?

I'm looking for a way to assign an extension so it can be used to make outgoing calls. I want to be able to call into my 3CX, dial an exension, then (hopefully) key in a PIN, then get a dialtone with which I can do anything any other extension can do. I know you can do this with a looped-back FXO/FXS but my attempt (with an SPA3102) is pretty miserable with echo and delay.

This is already possible if you dial into the Voicemail system. Once you input your PIN you can select 9 for other options and the select 3 to dial a number.

OMFG! I feel like an idiot now... All that futzing with the SPA3102...
