Solved Dialer Won't Open

My dialer will not open.
When I hover over the app icon on my taskbar it shows kind of a "ghost" window of the dialer -- no numbers on it -- that will not open when I click on it.
I've tried using my shortcut to open it, clicking on it directly, clicking the phone icon, restarting the program -- no luck.
Any suggestions?

It may be off screen? After you click on that icon:
- ALT+space bar
- press M (for Move)
- press any arrow key (this locks the window to your mouse)
- move the window and click to release it from the mouse

It's not that it's off screen, I can toggle between windows fine.
The small dialer window is simply inaccessible.
There's the outline of it, and nothing happens no matter what input I try. This indicates to me that it's not loading properly.

Since they have a combined forum, is this on the web client or Desktop App? I was assuming the app, with my answer above. If the app, did you try uninstalling and reinstalling?

Yes, this is the desktop app. Just did a restart of the computer and that seems to have fixed it. Probably needed an update! Thanks.
