Solved Dialing extension during Digital Receptionist message

Hello users!
I have a fairly simple question, I think...
While a person is listening to the message of the digital receptionist about what number to dial
so he/she can talk to the appropriate department, I want to be able if he/she knows the 3 digit extension
to dial it and talk to the person that owns the extension directly without going first through the receptionist.
Is that possible? Thank you in advance!

Yes, basically during the IVR they can dial the extension number and go through to that extension.

You would need an audio prompt to notify caller that they can do this.
