Dialing through 3CX MyPhone - muted call

When I try to call on outside line through 3CX MyPhone program, instead of hearing a 'ringing tone' I hear my hold music, and when the call is answered I have to press the mute b.

Is there anyway I can stop this happening? I would prefer to hear a ringing tone until the call is answered.
