DID for incoming call

Dear all,

I had just setup the 3cx server and link up with some Cisco SPA phone, now I can call in by the main number, but can't call in by the DID number, I've got this log when i call one of the DID number (from my mobile 77777777 cal DID number 98765068:

Here my SIP provider information:
Provider: Wharf TT from Hong Kong
SIP proxy: 2.2.2.2
3cx Server IP: 1.1.1.1
DID number: 98765000-98765099
DID digi sent by provider: As my understanding, it should be 8, but really not sure

You should go to fthe management console --->VoIP providers tab---> source ID---->Add DID tab---> assure your DID is listed there along with any others and check the select all box, as well as check the source identification by DID box. post what your results are
