Hi there,
I recently set up a Call Queue for a Customer wich works like Intended.

However:
The customer uses 1 DID from his SIP Trunk as Private Number wich goes directly to his Private Extension.
And here is it becoming weird ... If one calls this Private Number so he lands on the Call Queue?

Fun Fact:
The Customer worked with simple Ring Groups before and the DID worked fine ...

I'm happy about every solution.

kind regards.

PS: The Customer runs a V15.5 SP5 on a Linux Machine

I agree with @Saqqara on this one. The PBX cannot match the incoming number to the DID as the calls gets routed to the main trunk number destination. Make sure that the DID number format matches the format the provider is using to send the numbers to the PBX.

Thank you for Your Answers,
Indeed the PBX could not match the DID's, but not because they where wrong formatted.
The Provider had a misconfiguration in the Trunk Servers.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.
