I've got 70 phones on a pbx with over 50 dids in multiple physical locations across the country. I want to separate the DID's by physical location using user groups.
The siptrunks primary did is 222-333-4444.
No matter what I set for the caller ID at the user extension level, it always uses the outbound rule for 111-222-3333 that has no user groups assigned to it.
I have multiple outbound rules for each user group setup.
I have the outbound rule with no user group at the very bottom.
What could I be doing wrong? It should see this user is calling from group A and using 999-888-7777 for it's caller id based on the outbound rule.

Delete me. Somehow by itself it fixed itself. Weird.
