Hi,
I have a local 3cx installation with 2 different SIP providers (Vodafone and Telekom). Both providers allow registration of the SIP trunk only on the corresponding Internet connection. The 3cx are in a network with a Unifi Security Gateway USG-Pro. This gateway can manage 2 WANs and the routing allows me to define which traffic should run over which WAN interface.

How can I realize this in the 3cx and change the port of one SIP trunk to e.g. 5070 and route this traffic to the corresponding WAN connection? Or is it better to do the routing over the IP addresses of the providers and use both providers over 5060?

Regards Tim

You setup the trunks as normal using port 5060

On the Unfi Gateway, you route outgoing traffic down the correct wan based on the SIP provider IP or DNS. Just remember you need to setup nat on the correct wan based on the same IP address or DNS

Thanks for the quick answer, do you already have experience with the Unify Gateway and such an installation?
