Different Sip Trunk destination

Dears ,

I have inbound calls from another issabel server connected with my 3cx server through a sip trunk how could I create 2 different destinations between 2 kinds of calls incoming with the same sip trunk

Add a DID number in inbound rules and route it where you want

Unfortunately, it didn't work with me , it always calls reaches to main DID

most probably your inboud rule is not followed due to wrong number format and then main trunk catch all

if you have for example number 0123456789 as DID try to create an inbound rule just starting with *456789 and route it
Try to see what happens in the logs and what is the number received by 3CX side
