How do I call to connect to the digital receptionist? I ask how to call from outside, because if I select internal call I get through

point your DDI/DID to Digital Receptionist.. you can do this from Inbound Rules, or from SIP Trunks/General and Route to

Just to clarify, select to route your calls to an extension and find the extension number of the Digital receptionist you created
