Hi Guys,
I set up a new local SIP ISP here in Brazil (EMBRATEL) and I have the following problem:
When my digital receptionist receives calls, she plays the announcement normally, but when she types in the desired extension she transfers, the extension operator answers and the call drops. Direct calls work normally. The problem only occurs when it passes through the digital receptionist.
I have another SIP trunk (DirectCall Brazil), and when I get calls from it, everything works fine.
The problem only happens with this new SIP Trunk. Has anyone been through this?

Eu configurei um SIP da EMBRATEL e estou com seguinte problema:
Quando minha recepcionista digital recebe chamadas, ela reproduz o anúncio normalmente, mas quando digita o ramal desejado e transfere, o operador do ramal chega atender mas em seguida a chamada cai. As chamadas diretas funcionam normalmente. O problema ocorre apenas quando passa pela recepcionista digital.
Eu tenho outro tronco SIP (DirectCall) e, quando recebo chamadas, tudo funciona bem.
O problema ocorre apenas com este novo tronco SIP. Alguém já passou por isso?
