Digital receptionist not working on second sip trunk

I have two sip trunks

The digital receptionist is set up on one and works successfully

I have a second SIP trunk which is the existing numbers - inbound and outbound calls work fine but digital receptionist menu options will not work I can hear the recording but unable to use the options 1-4

Any advice?

Any advice?

Check the DTMF type of the second trunk and make sure on the provider side that it is set to RFC.
