Digital receptionist options not selectable

We have two digital receptionist groups on our hosted system. We used to be able to select them and make changes. Now, the application doesn't give use the option to select or modify the digital receptionists. Would anyone know why?

Both standard and DTMF can do "press 1 for x"

You won't be able to recreate so if you need to edit it, might wanna move it to a CFD instead.

That is not really acceptable. I need to make modifications to my IVR but unable to, and to suggest some odd work around is not going to happen.

Then you should rollback to v18.

The upgrades haven't been handled well IMO. It's amazing to me that this would be omitted

They can be recreated only as standard and not DTMF, standard works. CFD!
