3CX v16.0.1.273

I programmed a BLF key on a Yealink T46S to dial 8100. When the button is pressed my message 'Press 1 for Day, Press 2 for Night' is played. I created a Standard DR, named Day_Night, ext 8100 and recorded my message but I don't know how to program Menu Option 1 to dial *641 dial code to force 3CX to In Office Hours.

How do I program the DR's Menu Option to dial a dial code?
Is this something the CFD can do if the DR cannot?

Thank you,

More,
I am just rambling about what I have found to date.
I understand better that 3CX does not dial a number. The phone dials the number. I don't think 3CX can tell a phone to dial a number so based upon that understanding, I believe it is not possible for DR or CFD to dial a number.

I hope someone can either confirm or deny this is true.
Thank you,

I'm not certain that a DR can sent a call to something other than a "normal" (internal/external number (i.e., no star codes). What you might try (and I can't guarantee that this will work)...create a dummy extension, forward that extension to *641, then have the DR set to send the selection (1), to that extension. As i say..have not tried it so it may also not work.
