Digital Receptionist Question?

Hi there,

I have just setup a 'Digital Receptionist' and one of the options is I would like is: When a call is forwarded to an outside number, let it ring for - say 10 seconds and if no reply take call back to voice mail.

Is this possible or have I missed something?

Any help would be appreciated.

such thing is not possible with 3CX version 5.
