Digital Receptionist wouldnt transfer the call

hi, thanks for this super easy phone system solution.

i have just installed the latest build which is nov 28. when i call the digital receptionist, and press the desire button, it will loop playing the hold on music. the call is not transfered. when i check the other ext which should be transfered , there is no incoming call what so ever.
