Digital Receptionist

I don't have the option to route incoming calls to digital receptionist like
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/ivr-digital-receptionist/

my options are
end call
extension
voicemail box to ext
Forward to outside #
Send Fax
send call to call flow
send call to group

none of them allow me to select the Dig Recept ext
