Digital Receptionist

Looking for a quick advise. Creating "Digital Receptionist, we can use key Menu Options 0-9. I don't see options for #-key or *-key. If i want menu to have # or * to be an option for the caller, what should i do? I am very optimistic that there is a smart answer to my dumb question . Please respond to [email protected]

Dear Matt,

Thank you very much for taking time and sharing your knowledge. It shed the light. We have re-recorded all menues based on strictly numeric pad excluding # and #. Though it would be natural to have those keys as a part of the menu.
