Direct Inbound SIP Calls

Hello Everyone,

Hoping someone can guide me here. I have allowed Inbound/Outbound calls over SIP URI. By clicking this, would somebody be able to phone my SIP extension by dialing [email protected]? The link suggests I need to setup a SVR and A Record, however it refers to internal Microsoft DNS server which is not resolvable for the outside world, so how can I manage to enable my PBX to receive inbound SIP URI calls on extensions?
