Direct Inward System Access (DISA)

Hi Guys,

Anyone from 3cx can verify if the 3cx version 15.5 have Direct Inward System Access (DISA) functionality?
Is it possible to create a DISA in Call Flow Diagram (CFD)?

Hello @Andrew Aguilar

The 3CX PBX does not have DISA functionality build in. I believe it is possible to create something very similar though using the CFD.
I would recommend creating a thread in the Call Flow Designer section of the forum and describe exactly what you need so people there can further assist and advise.

This is absolutely possible with the CFD. We do something very similar for our prison management system where an inmate calls a CFD extension, it asks for the inmate for credentials, then asks for the desired phone number, and finally confirms the inmate is authorized to call the requested number (black and white lists), then places the call. Sounds a lot like what you are trying to accomplish.
