Solved Direct media from Client to Gateway

Hi everyone,
I have a PBX installed on a cloud environment. All my users are on the same site and I have a VPN site-to-site between them and my PBX (different subnets).
I have a PSTN Gateway on site, so I don't want all my Media (RTP traffic) to pass through the PBX, I'd like it to go straight from the user to the gateway, since they are on the same site.
I disabled PBX Delivers Audio both on Extension Config and on Trunk Config, but the media is still going to the 3CX Server. I also tried to build this on a lab environment, in wich everything is in the same site, but not success too.
Anyone can help me? Maybe I'm missing a detail :s

Check also for PBX's "Record all calls" option, try to disable it.

But I unfortunately had it already disabled.

As already mentioned, the 2 settings which push RTP via the PBX are call recording and PBX delivers audio (which can be setup on the extensions involved in the call and/or the PSTN gateway).

What model of PSTN gateway is it ? there maybe a setting on there to consider ? how can you tell the media is still going via the PBX ? Wireshark ?

Hey guys, solved it.
I have some hunches, but I'm not a 100% certain of why is that necessary, so I'll just post what solved the issue, without any comments.
To allow media to be sent directly from Extension to Gateway I had to enable Support Re-Invite both in Trunk Config and Extension Config.

Hi Roberto,

I'm glad it was resolved, also make sure that there are common codecs between the phones and the gateway otherwise the PBX will have to transcode the audio and the traffic will have to pass through it.
