Direct to Voicemail without Blind Transfer?

Is there a way to transfer to voicemail directly without hitting blind transfer?
We currently press Transfer>*4>Extension>B.Transfer.
If we don't hit B.Transfer it transfers the caller to the extension ringing the user end the number of rings setup on that line before transferring the caller to voicemail.
We have had accidental pickups not realizing a caller was on the phone when ringing that extension.

Hi,

This can be done using the 3CX web and desktop clients, but if you want to do it from the phones you need to use the method you already outlined above.
