Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for DirectCall:
- Enter the main trunk number in the international format (e.g. 559553864893)
- Contact Directcall to provide you with the necessary information for configuring with 3CX. Make sure that the numbers provided are SCM type.
- You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
