Is there any way to have someone enter an extension at the digital receptionist?
I have the following problem. We want to have multiple dial in numbers in various countries. We want customers to be able to dial in, and then - to enter the number of the extension they want to talk to.
I like the digital receptionist, but it is too cumbersome to have every person set up there in multiple levels. If there would be a way to say "to enter an extension, press 0", the customer could then:
* Dial our number
* Press 0
* Enter the 4 digit extension of the person to talk to.
And voila, no need for anything else.
The recording could then say "enter 0 and then an extension, enter 1 for support, enter 2 for sales ..... etc."
Any way to do this? Anything planned, maybe in V6?
