DirectSIP CID display , "info" instead of "address shown"

On 3cx win app (at least) when DirectSip calls come the caller MSISDN gets displayed fine, but in the call log section only the generic name of the remote system is shown.

Is there a way to choose which field is kept? As per the email/sip equivalency, the important thing is the actual remote address, not the friendly name.


The SIP INVITE seems to include all the info properly. See attached.

This is because the Call History is actually data that is taken from the PBX.
Because Direct SIP pretty much is routed directly to the client, a lot of information is not processed.

I'll be very honest, the Apps were not built with a big focus on Direct SIP in mind.

Hmm, I do get that DirectSIP in general is not the overall focus. I see the web client is also missing this info.

Any chance I could get this going without having to go via a callflow up and pre parse things there?

I can't think of something that could help you in this very specific scenario unfortunately.
