disable 0 out of voicemail to operator

Is it possible to disable the 0 out of voicemail to operator? If not possible, how could I return the caller to DR from which the call originated, or possibly to the default destination of the DID the call came in on?

the only possible workaround I have seen is to change the global operator to a dummy extension that forwards to a DR.
but there is no option for group operator, or removing the option.

Ya, thats what I thought. Problem is with forwarding to a DR, its not custom to whatever venue they called in to. Ahhh, I love my life.

I know that this has come up a number of times, and many other systems offer some flexibility as to where the call will go, when callers wish not to leave a message. There must be some suggestions submitted to modify the routing for this on here.. http://www.3cx.com/ideas/index.php
