Hi!
We have an 3CX hosted PBX with yealink telephones. Our CRM works with ESTOS. So we added a second identity on the SIP phones.
The communication between ESTOS and the telephones works only sometimes.
The problem is that the yealink telephone can only use CSTA for one identity. The support from ESTOS told us to disable CSTA on der 3CX PBX.
Is this possible?
Here the articel from ESTOS (translated with google)

Please refer to the documentation for the 3CX telephone system to find out how to make these changes.

uaCSTA problems with Yealink and 3CX
KnowledgeMarch 2021
observation
In the constellation 3CX PBX , Yealink devices (model-independent) and the uaCSTA , it happens that- incoming and outgoing calls are not always signaled .
- Status information in the ProCall Client is displayed incorrectly or not at all
- the uaCSTA does not show a connection to the end devices or can only be connected sporadically.
Cause / explanation
Yealink end devices can only process CSTA via an identity. Like the uaCSTA, the 3CX telephone system also uses the CSTA protocol. If CSTA is activated on the 3CX, problems with the processing of information occur on the Yealink device. This leads to the various types of error specified above.solution
Deactivate CSTA on the 3CX telephone system .Please refer to the documentation for the 3CX telephone system to find out how to make these changes.
