Thank you for the reply. Outside offices hours we have an IVR. The voice prompt from IVR inform the caller about the office hours for the 3cx pbx an in that point we direct the call to one extension when the caller press 0. In this exact time we don't want the caller to dial any other extension (if he knows one) from the PBX. For all the time that PBX plays the voice prompt for the IVR_Night, we want to disable the ability from the caller to dial any extension number except for the choices that he listen to.I hope I get your question. If you don't want that extensions are called from external callers in off hours, your DIDs must look like this

You have to change the type of the IVR from "Standard" to "DTMF input". After that you can reconfigure it with your selections. The DTMF Input version does not have this "dial any extension"-Feature
