disable dnd on fanvil

Hello folks, is there any way to permanently disable DND on fanvil phones? users by accident press on the dnd and they don't get phone calls, is there a way to disable it for user so they cannot accidentally enable it?

Not in stock 3CX. You could try a custom template to remap the DND button on the phones. You could also set the extensions to auto switch to available during office hours. The real fix is to get smarter users. Fire whoever says they couldn't figure out they were on DND the 2nd time it happens and I think you'll find the problem fixes itself.
