Disable Extension automatically selected

Hi

We have an issue with one extension on one of our customer systems.

Extension automatically sets "Disable Extension" selected each day under Users => 205 => Options.
We deselect it and next day it gets selected.

In Audit log we see no one changed it, customer confirmed no one logged in to change it.

Customer has M365 integrations, could it be problem there.

Does anyone has any idea ?

It seems account has been disabled in Azure AD
