Solved Disable External Calls cannot be de-slected or turned off

Hello,

I have an issue with an extension where "Disable External Calls" has been turned on, but now cannot be turned off. The selector to the left of the option is greyed out.

How do I re-enable external calls?

Can I make a guess, that you created this extension by importing it via CSV?

Quite possibly yes.

In that case, you'll need to delete the extension, and when you import with the CSV again, just make sure that you don't enable those 2 options, only 1 of the 2.

I gathered you say that, and I guess I'll have to but that's not good. Why can't this be changed from the interface? Is it a known bug?

Because in the interface, if you try to enable these options, you'll see that they are mutually exclusive. Enabling the one greys out the other (not disables, just greys out).
Importing with CSV bypasses this "protection" which is the situation you are in.

This may be something we will check to try to avoid in the future, but nothing you can do right now.

Ok thank you. I've recreated the extension now, good job there's only one.

Please add this "bug" to the list if it's not already there, or advise how I can if that is an option.
