Hi,
How can I disable a outgoing line?
I share my VoIP account with two machines and it can only be active on one. Is there a way to disable the line on one machine without deleting the entry?

I think you could use the backup outgoing line settings, then select the line to not use, eg manage line, then select DO NOT REGISTER.

Then it would fail over to the next provider?

I think thats what you mean, but correct me if im wrong!

Graeme.

Oh, I'm such a dope!

It turns out the same VoIP Buster account configured on two 3CX servers will allow two simulatious calls on the same account.

I forgot to dial "9" to get an outside line on one of my SIP phones. duh!

e.g. I no longer have a reason to disable VoIP Buster on one of my 3CX servers.

Thanks the same!

Hi Bob,

At "Outbound Rules"=>"Manage"=> "Edit Outbound Call Rule"=>"Apply this rule to"=>"Calls from extension(s)", you can define which extension(s) to use that VoIP Provider.
