disable music when some one calls us

Hello Experts,


I need guidance on how to Disable/Change the background music that callers hear during a call.


Recently, I enabled a brief voice note as the call will be recorded for quality purposes. It works well; however, the issue arises when the recording ends, and the call is forwarded to a ring group—callers hear music during this transition.


I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

the music during the transfer indicates a lack of resources on your system.

the default MOH is played during this transfer if its heard.

how can i Disable please.. can it be a simple ring tone as we call someone

Go to System > MOH and change it
