You can change the audio prompts though if you don't want them hearing their options, and simply leaving a message and hanging up should work fine.

JohnS_3CX Support Team Staff member 3CX Support Joined Jan 4, 2019 Messages 14,530 Reaction score 3,701 Nov 17, 2020 #4 In your PBX Settings > Prompts > Manage Prompt Sets You can make a copy of the prompt set, and edit the one called RECYAMSG You will have to enable this as your default prompt set for the PBX, and individually under each extension's Voicemail.
