Solved Disable option to cancel voicemail

Hello, is there a way to remove the ability for callers to cancel the voicemail before they hang up?

Hi Sean,

No, the voicemail menu is standard. You can change the audio prompts though if you don't want them hearing their options, and simply leaving a message and hanging up should work fine.

Thanks John. Where can I change the audio prompts? I don't see that under Voicemail settings.

In your PBX Settings > Prompts > Manage Prompt Sets

You can make a copy of the prompt set, and edit the one called RECYAMSG

You will have to enable this as your default prompt set for the PBX, and individually under each extension's Voicemail.
