Solved Disable Phones from automatically Downgrading Firmware

We discovered issues with audio quality using Snom D735. Got in contact with Snom and after some troubleshooting it was discovered that the mic gain on firmware 10.1.175.0 is causing quality issues. Snom advised to install firmware 10.1.184.15 and audio quality is better using this firmware. Unfortunately 3CX is downgrading the firmware every time we provision a phone to a user. How can I stop 3CX from automatically downgrading firmware?

With version 20 you will be able to use custom firmware so you wont have this behaviour. When you upgrade to Version 20 you can take advantage of this.

Thank you for the fast response. I ended up using custom templates as I needed to update the firmware on several phones while retaining hot desking capabilities.
