Hello,
we configured a generic IP Phone to allow an external supplier to receive calls from one of our phone numbers.
So far so good, all worked flawlessy.
Now I'm trying to deliver them a call from an IVR but it ended up in fail.
Looking at packet capture, the main difference is that a call from IVR doesn't contain RTP information in SIP INVITE, while a call coming from public network has that
I think it's related to re-invite support from their part.
Is there any way to tell 3cx to not use re-invite for an extension? I found something for trunks but nothing for extensions.
Thanks
