Disable sleep mode T46G

Hello,

My clients noticed sleep mode enabled on their T46G phones, which I confirmed by checking default template for that phone. How to disable that without changing default template?

I assume you are talking about the backlight or screensaver? Check the phone provisioning tab of the extensions in the PBX and then maybe re-watch some of the 3CX training videos.
