Disable updates on 3cx Phone for Windows

Hello,
i'm running 3cx Phone version 12.0.33517.0 and i'd like to stick to it but i am getting a notification to update to a newer version available through my 3cx phone system. How can i disable it?

Hello,

I have a similar problem. We want to update the 3CX Phone Server from v12 to v14 and need the client to not check for updates, because not every user has admin rights on their computer to install it. We want to push the 3CX client afterwards via SCCM.

But what to do to surpress the client from updating / checking for updates?

Unfortunately you can't, once the client connects to the Presence it will autodetect the upgrade and download it. The only thing I can suggest is send an email to all workers and tell them when they get the prompt to update, to press Cancel instead...
