Over the years, we have received requests to Disable Volume Buttons on Physical Desk Phones. Historically, we create Custom Templates and life is good (for a while!). Inevitably, the Custom Templates come back to bite you in some way, shape of form - I get it!
Within the past 3 weeks, we have had two clients asking about Disable Volume Buttons on Physical Desk Phones again.
In [my] ideal world, we would have the ability to set volume in the User Profile on the PHONE Tab and Disable the Physical Phone Button.
