Disabled PBX deliver audio but it does not seems to working properly.

Disabled PBX deliver audio in 3cx (both gateway and Ext) but it doesn't seems to be working with Grand stream PSTN gateway. When I make ext to ext, audio delivers IP to IP but when I make external calls, audio still delivers from 3CX server. What could be the reason?

In the GW Settings in the Management Console, above the "PBX Delivers Audio" option. Personally I recommend having "PBX Delivers audio" enabled for GWs and options "Support Re-Invite" and "Support Replace" disabled.

Also note that if an extension makes a call out through a GW, even if only 1 of the 2 has "PBX Delivers Audio" enabled, the audio will still be proxy'd though the 3CX Server.
