Hello,

we have 2 3CX servers (both V10) running a master - slave combination using Direct-UDP. Master and slave are connected with a vpn tunnel to each other. On the slave server we have an incoming call group with members from both the master and the slave server. Regulary there are calls coming in, will ring for a second on the devices and then disconnect. The problem occurs when a device from the Master 3CX is in the ring group on the slave.

From the included activity log I can only see that the bridge is joining and right after that the call get disconnected
Code:
09:58:52.995 [CM503007]: Call(714): Device joined: sip:[email protected]:5060

I included the server activity log for this call if that could clear something up.
Master range: 192.168.0.*
slave range: 10.1.0.*
Receptionist: 899
Call group: 801
Bridge: Bridge - 10001
