Hello guys,

This just appeared on my computer, I'm using Chrome 76.0.3809.100, I changed nothing in system config.

When I try another extension, it doesn't work either, on Edge I can open my extension without problem and on a server it works too. I rebooted our 3CX (v16.0.2.910), I refreshed Chrome cache and I uninstalled it too but it doesn't help..

When trying to edit an extension, press F12 and go to the Console tab of the DevTools. If an error occurs, you might see it there.

I had a similar issue caused by a misconfig of my Adblock.

That's the error I get in F12

I've ad block too, maybe'll try to take it off but it looks like a certificate/ssl error

Indeed looks like a certificate error, are you using it via the FQDN? Take a look at the certificate.

Launch it in incognito mode to skip any chrome extensions as a troubleshooting step

Okay, we managed to fix it, it was Eset Nod32 blocking idk how but I unistalled it and it works again.. I'm looking to do some updates and then I'll install Eset to see what happen

Yes, some antivirus programs may filter the connection itself and that can cause issues with certificates. I've seen it happen with email servers as well in the past. You may be able to keep your antivirus on the endpoint PCs and only disable that feature, or if they have an exclusion list add your FQDN and test to see if it works.

@JohnS_3CX Disable antivirus wasn't enough, I had to unistall it completely o.o
