Extension 8001 make a call to 8002.
Extension 8002 did not answer the call.
The call was forwarded to hunt group 8000 (Members: 1001–1008) - Can be Ring group or Queue
Answered by Extension 1001.
Extension 1001 should know that the call he received is intended for 8002

Hi there.

You will need to run the report where you will see in detail all the hops of the call.
In your case, it is best to use it type "Call Reports"

Have a nice day

Hi Oleg, not the reports it will be displayed once the agent received the call.

I think it can be achieved using CFD

not sure if it is possible.. but the example is to set variable session.did as caller id before transferring to ring group/queue, so the destination of call forwarding rule of the extension when unavailable is the CFD extension

There is no option in the PBX where you can change and manipulate the SIP headers on how they will be displayed in the calls between internal extensions (not to confuse with the external calls etc where you have inbound/outbound PBX parameters and SIP headers that can be changed in the trunk).
