Display contact name from API

I have set up the CRM intergation api (with the 3CX Integration Template)
And I'm getting a correct result back from our database with only the name of the contact that is calling.

But now I whant to show that name in the call information screen.
How can i only update the caller infotmation on screen from the 'findContact' function in the plug-in.

I can't seem to find the correct way to set the: display name in 3cx..
Can someone help me out ?

name and number or in a other order ?
maby with call control ?

Or does the call information screen refresh when you add the contact to the 3cx phonebook ?
So the name is displayed that way ?
is there a method for this ?
