Display different number in outbound calls

Hello , is that possible to display different number while making calls whether mobile or Landline ?
i have tried in extension setting by putting different number in Outbound Caller ID but it didnt work.

There are 2 ways to display a different caller ID in 3CX. The first is to add an outbound caller id under your extension settings. The outbound caller ID however will be the same for all outbound calls. Also your provider needs to support this and your trunk needs to be setup correctly.
The other way is to have 2 trunks and select a different outbound caller ID by selecting a trunk via the outbound rules of the PBX. Each trunk will have a different outbound caller ID so when a call goes out that trunk the outbound caller ID of the trunk will be selected.
