Solved Display extension names firstname lastname

This just popped up today (probably changed with update last night), seems all users now appear lastname firstname in the web client and I can't figure out how to change that (globally would be nice). I can change how they are sorted, but not how the names are displayed. Is there a parameter for that or a setting I'm missing somewhere? TIA

You can configure it globally from Management Console > Contacts > Options > Phonebook display

I already knew about the sorting option. That was mentioned in the original post.
