display of CNAME is reversed

from the voip.ms trunk I get CNAMEs like this

New missed call from: HOMER CITY PA:4847658051 - Voip.ms 7247264010 at: 2018-Oct-10 17:34:06

After the CNAME its the TRUNK DID it came in on. It should really be the SOURCE DID. And after Voip.ms is the Source DID and it should be the TRUNK DID. How can I fix this?

the email text is correct but the alert is backwards

the vitelity trunk does the same thing

The only two references, to rearranging caller ID, that I can recall seeing, are to do with adding the DID/Queue/Ring group name, the choice of either before or after, and with the order the names in the company directory are displayed.

I haven't figured out what the various options for the inbound parameters of the trunk are then I can figure out what needs to change :-(
