Displaying a contact's full name and company

In both the PWA and Electron app, a contact's last name is not displayed if their company name is displayed. This makes both applications unusable, so we are continuing to use the legacy app, which meets our needs better in a number of other ways too. Is there any way to fix the PWA and Electron versions? I can't find anything in the settings.

Hmm, interesting, in my app I see the contact's full name and not the company. Advanced/Contacts/"Phonebook display" allows choosing first, last or last, first but no company, even if I turn off appending the queue name.

Which app are you using? I don't have an Advanced option in the PWA and Electron apps so I can't get to the options you describe.

If the Contact record does not include a company name, the first and last names are displayed in the Contacts list. If the Contact record does include a company name, the first name, first letter of the last name and the company name are displayed. I can't find any way to change this.

Sorry for not being clear, I was using the Desktop App but I was talking about the menu in the management console. If you are on StartUP then you don't have a management console.

I would be interested to know how to display the company. Perhaps we can trade symptoms? I tested a bit more and for me the company name shows if the contact has no first or last name.
